The Hybrid Work Policy has been updated effective April 1, 2026. Key changes include:
Effective date: April 1, 2026
This policy outlines HRNexus's hybrid work guidelines. All employees are expected to review and acknowledge this document before April 1, 2026.
All full-time employees at Level 2 and above are eligible for hybrid work arrangements. Contract employees and interns are expected to be on-site full-time during their engagement.
Employees must be present in the office a minimum of 3 days per week. Core hours of 10 AM to 3 PM in the local timezone must be observed regardless of working location. Team leads and above must be on-site every Tuesday and Thursday.
The annual equipment allowance is increased to ₹30,000 per year. This covers peripherals, ergonomic furniture, and internet connectivity costs. Reimbursement requires receipts submitted within 30 days of purchase.
All employees working remotely must use the company VPN, have their device's disk encryption enabled, and use MFA for all company accounts. Violations may result in immediate revocation of remote work privileges.
Remote work is a privilege contingent on maintaining performance standards. Employees with performance scores below 70/100 for two consecutive quarters will be required to return to full on-site work for a minimum of 90 days.
Travel to and from the office is not reimbursable. Business travel expenses are reimbursed per the Expense Reimbursement Policy. Co-working space costs are reimbursable up to ₹5,000/month with manager approval.
